Practical guides
All guidesHow it works
Savings equal the original price × discount rate ÷ 100. Subtract the savings from the original price to get the sale price. Amounts are displayed at the selected currency’s usual precision. Taxes, shipping and stacked coupons are not included.
How to use
- Enter the original price and a discount from 0 to 100%.
- Choose a currency for display.
- Compare the savings with the final price.
Worked examples and common mistakes
For a price of 50 and a 20% discount, you save 10 and pay 40. If a further 10% discount applies to the reduced price, enter 40 as the new original price. You then pay 36: the combined discount is 28%, not 30%.
The currency selector changes formatting, not exchange rates. Check shipping, tax, minimum spend and coupon order with the seller. Displayed amounts are rounded to the currency precision, so compare the result with the final checkout amount.
