PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy
Fox Tools processes the files needed for image editing inside your browser. This policy explains what information may be processed while you use the site and the choices available to you.
Effective date · September 10, 2026
1. Local image and settings processing
Images, filenames, EXIF data, previews and conversion results you select are processed in browser memory on your device. Fox Tools does not send this file data to a server or AI service, store it in an account, or associate it with an identity.
Selected files and task settings remain in the current tab and disappear when you refresh or close it. Downloaded outputs and browser download history remain subject to your device and browser settings.
2. Information involved in delivering the site
The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. When the page and processing tools load, ordinary access information such as an IP address, request time, browser or device data, requested URL and security events may reach the hosting provider. The provider may process this information under its policies to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site.
Fox Tools currently has no member accounts, file uploads, behavioral analytics, session replay or first-party tracking tools.
3. Google AdSense and cookies
When advertising is displayed, Google and certified advertising partners may place or read cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers for ad delivery, frequency controls, abuse prevention, measurement and personalized advertising.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites. You can control personalized advertising and ad topics in Google My Ad Center.
When relevant advertising technology is used for visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, a Google-certified consent management platform provides consent, rejection and settings choices.
4. Retention, sharing and safeguards
Fox Tools does not collect image file data, so it does not retain or sell that data. Retention and sharing by hosting and advertising providers are governed by their policies and your consent choices.
The site uses HTTPS and a restrictive content security policy. Keep a separate copy of sensitive originals and verify that downloaded results fit your intended use.
5. Questions and policy changes
Send privacy questions to the public email address on the Contact page. If features, hosting providers or advertising practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date.
