1. Service scope

Fox Tools provides browser-based image conversion, resizing, file-size adjustment, renaming, ZIP downloads and GIF creation. Current format, file count, size and resolution limits are shown in the editor and guides.

Some features or output formats may be limited by your browser, operating system or source file. The service does not silently substitute another format or report failed processing as successful.

2. Your responsibilities

• Select only files you own, are authorized to edit or may lawfully use.
• Do not use the service for unlawful content, rights infringement, service disruption or security circumvention.
• Keep your originals and independently check the format, dimensions, quality and contents of every downloaded file.

3. Intellectual property

Rights in selected files remain with you or their original owner. Fox Tools does not acquire ownership through local browser processing.

The Fox Tools name, logo, interface and original explanations may be protected under applicable intellectual-property laws.

4. Availability and liability

The service is provided as available without a separate warranty. We test for safe and accurate outputs but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation for every file, browser or purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fox Tools is not responsible for loss caused by failing to verify an output or keep an original. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Changes and questions
